What is the secret to a successful event? We LISTEN to our clients, we ANALYZE the full scope of the project and we BUILD a plan for each event that we work on. It is very rare that an event is at the very beginning of the event life-cycle when we begin working with a new client. This means that every piece of the event must be carefully analyzed. Legacy contracts need to be reviewed, relationships must be maintained with current staff and suppliers, the logistics, marketing and sales plans need to be reviewed to make sure that they are on pace, all of the history of the event needs to be reviewed, trends need to be identified and the complete event specification guide must be pulled together. These processes along with others must take place for a seamless transition and optimization of resources. EPC has a distinctive approach to the transition of an event that allows us to successfully execute an event whether we have 30 days or 12 months to prepare.
